Will enquiring affect my credit score?
No. Enquiring doesn't involve a credit check. A lender only checks your credit once you agree to apply, and we'll tell you before that happens.
I'm self-employed with no recent tax returns. Can you help?
Often, yes. Several of our lenders offer low doc options using an ABN, BAS statements or an accountant's letter. We'll tell you straight which ones fit.
I've been declined before. Is it worth trying?
A no from one lender often isn't a no from all of them. We'll look at why, and give you an honest view before anything is lodged.
How long does it take?
It depends on the lender and how quickly we get your documents. We'll give you a realistic timeline on the first call.
What documents will I need?
It depends on your situation. After you enquire we send you a checklist made for you: usually your licence, payslips or ABN details, and recent bank statements.
